2003 Sunny Brook 1 Slide Out 1 Bedroom

Cleaning up this sunny brook so excuse any mess the roof does leak it will need to be resealed there is a place in the camper the wall paper is missing that was due to finding the leaks it's a pretty decent camper all electrical still works everything works as should all bells and whistles I've had the tarp over it for months now it's dried out bought with the intent of living in it but inherited land and a trailer so it's on private property I could fix and sell for what I paid for it but I have no time to do this first come first serve $3000 or best offer
