This is THE place to buy a used car! Customer service is alive and well at CarSight. I had a limited amount of time to find a car to buy after an accident left my car totaled. I was looking for a Forester (I've had two previously and love them) within a certain range of years and that fit my budget and I was searching online across the country. I talked to new car dealers and used car dealers who promised to send additional information/photos about vehicles I was interested in but they never did! I left messages at various places and was never called back.They all seemed to care less about selling me a car. Somehow, a car fitting my criteria popped up from CarSight. It was more than my budget but it had desirable low mileage (and was one of the colors I wanted:). I called and was so pleasantly surprised to find a friendly, knowledgeable person who was more than happy to tell me all about the car I was interested in. And they had all the maintenance records from the previous owner! I was frank about my finances and Keith agreed to accept my offer! I came in for a test drive and Michael was just as friendly, competent and knowledgeable and handled the purchase quickly and efficiently. And he promptly answered a few follow-up questions I had after I got the car home. There is a very good reason they get 5 star reviews!

If you are looking for a vehicle, I definitely recommend you go check these guys out. Keith is very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the Jeep I wanted ! He even had me pre-approved over the phone before I went out there! The whole process only took about an hour! They have a great selection of vehicles at great prices and very friendly staff !
