I bot a 2014 BMW 535i X drive.. The service with the Sale man . Help me so much.. for me being a out state person from AL.  Sale person sent video and CarMax about the car..He went out the way to make the deal with me ..  finance person was great and all the paperwork... Car was Transported in 2 days.. I would buy another BMW from them again..

Garbage Cars, Still and scams, I buy a Chevy Camaro ss 2016 black with vin 1G1FH1R78G0153091 and it’s a absolutely garbage car, the engine is in so bad condition, the sells guy tell me the check engine on is because they have a modified exhaust, but not, they have problems inside of the engine, they have problems with the transmission, with the steering wheel direction, and a lot more problems. I live far of Florida so they took advantage of the fact that they were going to send me the car to a distant state. NEVER, NEVER get a deal with this guys, and less with FERNANDO “FINANCIER” and FRANCISCO “SELLER” But above all with the owner who was the one who made all the decisions. And I have not yet talked about the fact that they removed the wheels that cost me 2000 dollars and they never paid me, since I had to return the car that by the way, of 7000 dollars of down payment that I gave, they have not returned anything, my lawyer and I are already preparing a lawsuit, a true horror story. Avoid these people at all costs.

Was sold a lemon, stay away from this dealership!

I bought a Hyundai sonata 2021 that only had around 10,000 milage and that was supposed to have 7 years warranty only to be surprised that the warranty was void after visiting a Hyundai dealership. They told me the car is not safe or even legal to drive, reverse light was in operative, maintenance was done wrong to the car adding to that it had a wrong size tire. They told me to return the car to the bank. When I spoke to Fernando the guy that works there, he wouldn't take the car back plus I lost 3,000 dollar down payment. And now have to pay a deficiency balance to the loan lender as I had to surrender the car.

We bought a Tesla which happened to have some battery issues with it and we did not want to keep it. The next business day, Fernando helped my husband and I find a different vehicle with absolutely no push back or issues. He was very helpful and we are so grateful that he was reasonable with us. We LOVE our new Audi S5 !
