I respect the fact matt fixed my son’s phone right in front of us and in a shorter time than he said it would be done. So while waiting I also enjoyed the mini interview with him lol.  He’s a cool dude.

Today my daughter broke her iPhone, and I went to this shop. They fixed it very quickly, professionally, and did a great job. They even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated.

I brought 2 tablets in to get the glass replaced. They did not have the parts so I purchased them online. I brought the first one in and the technician there was fine charged me $45 for the labor. When the parts came in for the second one I came in and a new technician was there he seemed upset that the first technician only charged me $45. I told him that the charging port had to be replaced. When I picked it up he charged me $89. Mind you I brought my own parts in. I asked him if he changed the charging port he said no he just soldered it. I said that's not going to work I wanted a new charging port. He said he's the best at soldering and it would be fine. Told me I had a 30-day warranty. Three weeks later I brought it back because it wasn't charging. I dropped it off when I picked it up not only did he not change the charging port the tablet stop working. It would not swipe. It was ghost jumping. He broke my tablet. There was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in there except it needed a charging port. Then he claimed I dropped it in order to get out of responsibility for breaking my tablet. The police were called and he handed me $40 out of the cash register. All I can hope is someone can fix it for $40. Who hands somebody back a tablet that they broke and then tries to blame it on the customer? Stay away from this business.
