It’s in mint condition! I bought online but I’m unsure what this message means. I think it must have been sold from an Apple authorized seller and they never unlocked it. I’m sure if you’re into unlocking iPads you can get into it or use it for parts. I just need to get my money back because the original seller disappeared (go figure).
