THERE IS AN ON AND OFF SWITCH. THERE IS MINIMAL SURFACE DIRT WHICH WOULD BE CONSISTANT WITH AGE, SEE PICTURES. THE GIRL MOVES, BUT TGE BOY DOESN'T. HE IS NOT BROKEN, HE JUST ISN'T ANIMATED.
