43 Inch Tall Barbie Townhouse Dream House Franchise 2010

This is a 43 inch tall Barbie townhouse from the Barbie dreamhouse franchise of 2010. It's 30 in across with a depth of 12 in. I cannot dismantle it or I would have sold it a long time ago.I've been trying to sell this on eBay but I can't ship so. I can deliver down the street tho. Just as long as you have a big enough space to take it. It's in really good condition it has a color wear change on I were the color is turned slightly a different pink of the natural pink it is. it's hardly noticeable. The white fence on the top side of the house is a little bent ,I think it can be straightened. Over all I've gone over the house and everything works on it except for the electricity .It did have a doorbell that worked and it also had a running shower television noise,a flushing toilet noise . I opened it up and looked inside and all the wiring is intact so it may be just an electrical problem somewhere that I don't see or because it's been sitting around for so long but the batteries were not inside when I found it and when I put in the batteries they did not work so I figured something's wrong with the wiring. The TV however goes up by itself on a spring action device . All you have to do is click the Barbie's head on the left hand side of the mantle and the TV rises up and then you can push it down. The electrical also made the chandelier light up It's all intact. I put in new batteries, turning on off and couldn't get a connection So if you can fix wiring in a doll house and you have some children that like Barbie this would work out for you. Or if you want to nestalgic that's kool too! It's super clean I just can't take it apart. If you have any questions about location 44130 area please send a message
