Description

Very large couch, we love it but unfortunately it’s just too big for the room. It’s 12ft x 10.5ft and the ottoman in 52in x 52in brown color. Non smoking, no cats. Non shedding dog on property but never on furniture and rarely allowed in this room. Cushions are all upholstered on both sides so they can be flipped. No stains or rips. The ottoman sags slightly in the middle, my son jumped on it.. not really noticeable. The lining underneath needs to be stapled or glued back up, shown in the photos and there’s a little chip in one of the legs. Very very comfortable!
