I have three bikes here all 26-in. The specialized and the Trek are 21 speed and the Ram is 10-speed. The dark green Specialized 21-speed is ready to ride with no issues beautiful and smooth with only minor signs of wear and fits heights 5.5 to 6.5 feet tall made for a taller riders! $160 The Gray Ram is also ready to ride and made for Riders 5.3 to 5.9 ft tall. It's a great simple bike. $70 The purple Trek is 21 speeds but the derailleur needs to be adjusted to hit all the gears but the brakes are strong and shifts smoothly with the gears it can go into for now. It's an easy fix to tighten the derailleur cable and adjust the screws to hit all the gears. $80 Can all be bought individually or all for 250$!:)
