This Chicco Lullaby Dream Playard has been lightly used and is in excellent condition. It is very sturdy and is perfect for naps, storage, changing table and more. All parts and accessories that come with this product are included and are in like-new condition. The only issue is a tear in one of the fabric storage dividers (see picture).
