I ask the buyer to cover the fee as I have very low and fair pricing. In other words I loose money when I ship an item, that’s why I ask for this convenience fee to ship. Depending on item, cost, size and distance this fee may be more than 2$ as OfferUp charges a MINIMUM of 2$ but 13% on items over 10$, sometimes shipping fee may be negotiated.
