4 room tent. Target brand, no tears. It's easy to put up. It's assembled for you to look at before purchase. The original plastic stakes were not sturdy enough so we changed them out for older metal screwdrivers and they work great for harder ground. The original carrying bag was thin and is torn so we've been storing it in a large thick plastic bag and that works well. Not sure what model number it is because we've lost the instructions but looking online we believe the model number is either 36046 or BJ-940. It has the main room (7'w x 7"d x 6'6"h) then the 3 smaller rooms (to the left, right, and back of the main room).
