She is a 1988 remolded inside... The whole undercarriage of the trailer has been redone... New axles new break drums, new lug nuts that you can find anywhere in this time frame, rims, brakes, brake lines all of the above has been updated for this generation... The AC is 3 years old... everything inside works the AC, water, electricity, refrigerator, heater, stove, bathroom all of the above works... She is in an amazing shape for a 1988 Terry... I'm asking 8500 or best offer for her with all the upgrades I did on the undercarriage I'm still under the price on fixing her up... She is a 18 footer... She does have a sway bar that comes with her and a ball lock so no one will still her... She is ready to go camping or to live in and travel living... Definitely comfortable... If you park her in a camp ground with a bathroom you can make the bathroom in to a walk in closet like I do... I've lived in her for going on two years.
