There are generous amounts of sparkles over the "snowy" portions, but most of these do not reflect to the camera lens. In person it appears tastefully and delightfully sparkly! The bottom has 4 clear silicone buttons to protect your furniture. The width is 5-1/2". The height is 8-1/2".
