Description

I don't know exactly how this goes together, but it looks like a couple of the tie-down straps are missing a clip (there was a broken clip in the box). The cover is in great shape and the elastic is really tight, so the cover is totally usable. I just can't be sure that you'd want to trailer it since I don't know if it can be secured as the manufacturer intends.
