Pick up in Santa Clarita! Hard to find Tippy Toy Fawcett Comics from 1945-1946! These were part of their dime-line toys for kids during that era. Inside each colorful envelope is a story and toy scene with thick paper (thin cardboard) characters and other items you can punch out and set up.
