This piece is about 6 months old. It’s part of a sectional set that we realized was too big for our living room. Could be used as a comfy chair for a small/studio apartment . Please note it was kept clean but we do have a cat in the apartment. No scratches but just in case you are allergic. Buyer must pick up. We are located by Edison high school in Jamaica Queens by the Grand Central Parkway. Measurements - 35” wide by 35” deep by 31” height (backrest)
