Older queen mattress in clean condition. Quite comfortable with thick memory foam topper (discolored by age, not dirty). Comes with nice king sheets (they fit great with the topper, you just fold in the excess). Also comes with two virtually new pillows, one of which is a fancy cooling memory foam from Costco. Full disclosure my mother's service dog would occasionally sleep on the mattress but only with multiple blankets on top. Only since mattress was replaced a few months ago. Can help load, will not separate items.
