This is a great trailer with a weight of only 2300lb it can be towed by pretty much anything!!! Great first time trailer!!! The pro's Everything works: Self contained, AC, Heater, Fridge, Water heater, automatic water pump, outdoor shower, LED lights inside, LED outdoor floor lighting, blinds and drapes on all windows, and 2 concealed propane tanks!!!! Sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. Also this trailer was designed for safety, it is a dual axle with an electronic brake system!!! Brand new tires and battery. Bearings have been greased. The frame is rust free. Runs on electric or propane. The memories made with these things are priceless!!! The cons, there is a leak on the front end just needs repair, if leveled at right slope, no leak. This didn't bother us because we live in San Diego, rare to rain and you can keep it covered. I would do the repair but we've outgrown this with 4 kids now so looking to get a bigger one.
