The Parabody 425 Serious Steel home gym is solid construction. Exercise every body part for a great full body workout with this complete system. Gives you over 33 different exercises to strengthen and tone all muscle groups: the chest with incline press, bench press, decline bench press, vertical butterfly; the Abs with abdominal crunch. The Arms/Shoulders with shoulder press, reverse curl, triceps extension, upright row, bicep curl, triceps push downs & side lateral raises; the Legs/hips/Buttocks with outer thigh kick, inner thigh kick, leg extension, standing leg curl; and the Back with rear lat pulls, front lat pulls, & back butterfly. The 425 is its ingeniously designed press station, which has an adjustable seat and bar to allow standard bench, military, incline, and decline presses. The bench also pivots out of the way when not in use, allowing you to use the stable press bar for unhindered calf raises, squats, dips, and even pull-ups. On the other station, the peck deck perfectly simulates a classic dumbbell fly, leg curl standing one. This three-station machine (a chest-press and a pectoral/leg station, with low and high pulleys, plus optional leg press) gives you every imaginable exercise and the smooth, solid feel of far more expensive machines. *You must be able to carry this down a flight of stairs.
