Pop Up Trailer

2000 coleman,I believe a Utah, for sale $2700 or make me an offer. This trailer has been renovated for a really nice look on the interior, including added LED inside and outside. 2 king slide out beds, plus fold down couch for extra sleeping, custom adventure awaits table and countertops, sink, gas stove (inside and outside), exterior shower, thermostat. It does have some exterior cracks on the roof. Manual lift. Heater works. Original owner. The family is moving on to an all season trailer. Let me explain the highlighted red areas. The long vertical line is where I add 2x2 posts to support the corner as it saggs a little when raised. The highlighted area below is a spot that has been repaired because of some damage. On the opposite side, which you can't see, is the storage compartment. The door is taped on as there is wood rot in that corner. My plan was to take the whole storage compartment off and rebuild it. The inside highlighted area is a door that accesses the storage area. It has a little water damage and doesn't work well. We can't seem to get the refrigerator to work or the water heater. We would use our cooler. Also, the exterior canopy might need to be replaced. We have it together with zip ties. I'd buy an aftermarket one. All in all, it's a decent trailer but needs some more love.
