Full size kids loft bed comes with mattress. Frame is very sturdy yet breaks down into very movable lightweight pieces. It will hold two adults no problem so your kids will be very safe up there. My 8 year old daughter has used it for many years now but our new place doesn’t have high enough ceilings. This bed is awesome for making the most out of your space and the kids love it! A desk will fit under it no problem! 72.5” tallest point
