There is a water tank that can be filled for a working sink, there’s a battery that can be charged for lights ( we also put in battery powered / remote control lights that work great ) with the battery powered you have outlets as well. The propane stove can be used inside or you can attach to the outside and use as a bbq. We reupholstered all cushions, re did all countertops and cabinets plus other little things here and there :) we completely stripped and painted the exterior to make it looks less 90s.
