This thing was so amazing. We used it for his bassinet until he started rolling and now we use it as a swing. The one I have is the hot air balloon. Rocks at 6 different speeds. Plays music and calming sounds. The seat vibrates (never used and will need batteries). The chair itself plugs in to work. Can go from a chair to a bassinet and has an in between “lounging” level. The seat is removable so it can be washed. We bought this brand new. No stains and every component is like new.. we have never had any issues with it. Have the original box that it came in. Only wear you see is along the sides from taking it thru the door way a little bit of paint rubbed onto it
