Basically Brand New, I only tried them on. These black Jaybird Vista's were purchased on Black Friday. I bought them because they had the best rating out of ALL of the rest. Go to best buy and type in best earbuds and they pop up first. Not only there but on other sites I researched and did my due diligence... but my tiny ear holes just don't seem to work with them. They could not stay in my ears for the life of me. So I am trading them for the New Samsung Earbuds Live. Unless you wanna pay $150, when they are worth over $200 with taxes. No low ballers no other headphones or earbuds. This is the Way. I have spoken.
