Gas stove has 4 standard size burners with the 5th center burner being extra long - great for pancakes, bacon, ect. The front right burner has a power plus option which allows you to boil a pot of water in about 90 seconds. The top right burner has a simmer option that is great for sauces that don't need high heat. In the oven, there are adjustable shelves and you can have two cookie sheets side by side to get your baking done faster. If you put the shelves at the lowest level, there is a perfect amount of space for a very large turkey and some added sides to get your thanksgiving dinner cooked in a snap. There also is a broil option which can be set to a low or high heat. Digital timer and clock for your convenience. Stainless steel and black colors adds that modern touch to any kitchen that is sure to please anyone. Very easy to clean no specific chemicals just a sponges and warm water and with baked on grease, a spray on cleaner spray will do the job.
