I've sold a lot of them with no issues, over 60 game consoles and accessories since summer of 2018 with the pictures and 5 star rating to prove. REFUND POLICY: If you have issues (hardware only, not including updates or software, Microsoft issues) within a week, you may get an exchange or full refund. Any hardware issues in the first month you get 50% partial refund. Any issues within the next 2 months, you get 25% refund and so on...
