This desk and hutch was bought at Ikea a few years ago. The surface of desk was refinished when we had the bookshelves built (in pic) so it's still in great shape. Retail is $449 plus tax and you have to assemble it after driving to Denver...For $200 I think it's a good, fair price. Delivery is not available. Please bring vehicle large enough for desk... So a truck, basically. Desk likely won't fit in an suv unless it's a Tahoe or something similarly sized. The hutch does detach but the desk won't be disassembled further.
