This is a Mendini Red Lacquer Saxophone with very minimal (under 24 hours worth) of playing so the horn is still really new. All the keys worth perfectly, no scratches or dents on the horn. The red saxophone case, however, has one minor scratch on the outside of the case due to it being scratched during shipping procedures. Comes with the Mendini case it came in as well as a strap for each case and a neck strap for the horn itself. The ligature is one of the best ligatures out there for the Alto Sax (Rovner C1RL MK III Alto Saxophone Ligature). Their are two mouthpieces in the case which are the one that came with the horn and a Yamaha Alto Horn 4C. There is also a Hal Leonard Self Teaching CD Video. No reeds included though since the ones that came with the horn came chipped. Great deal!
