I have put in a new control unit a new top side control pad a new pump and it has Wi-Fi so you can control from your phone as well remotely. Works well but we are upgrading it is located in lake Arrowhead we will need to arrange a time where I can have the crane put it on your trailer or for a small extra chaorge the spa movers can take it to your place. Also if needed you can arrange with the crane company to put it into your yard if that is interesting. there are some stains on the fiberglass but it's a great unit that works well it's served as well and should serve somebody else well. 220v. Spa cover is not included I can include an older one if u want
