1984 Subaru brat project - runs and drives, is a 4 speed manual dual range transmission, included is everything for a 5 speed dual range manual swap. Has two front bumpers, multiple front fenders. Have lots of parts for it, just not the time to put it together and need the space back in my driveway. Cons: dent in passenger door frame prevents it from opening and closing smoothly - I already sourced and replaced the door with a perfect one. Has cracked windshield - not a huge deal. Only runs when 4x4 is engaged, meaning the front passenger hub is likely stripped preventing it from running in its normal fwd. Not a difficult fix. It needs exhaust attached and carb tuned for it to run perfectly. Needs thermostat replaced, and water pump would be a good idea while you're at it. I have both brand new just haven't gotten around to putting them in. IT IS A PROJECT - would recommend trailering it home despite the fact that it runs and drives. I have disassembled the front end as I was working on it.
ZERO rust, or rot in the frame or body panels -hard to find with a brat. Great project for someone with time and a garage. t-tops, 1/2 jump seats.
Asking $1500 OBO. worth a look.
