Comfortable lazy boy avocado green sofa in great condition. Small rip on one of the cushions (see picture) but it is on the underside and not visible and does not affect functionality at all . I have had it for about five years (I paid $800 for it!) and it is seriously an awesome love seat. Pet free home, non smoker. Still has its cushion strength. Make me an offer! $150 OBO
