For sale is a 18hp Evinrude fastwin outboard boat motor that starts right up and ticks away ( can send video and will start up in person when you come to take a look at it). It just got a new water pump impeller, OEM fuel pump (not a $13 eBay one that’ll only last a year), full carb rebuild with high and low speed needles set to manufacturer’s specifications, points, coils, condensers, automotive fuel hoses, spark plugs, and filter bowl gasket.
