Combining traditional digital studio effects with a guitar preamplifier and speaker simulator, the RP1 takes a hybrid analogue/digital approach to guitar effects. Analogue circuitry provides compression, distortion, graphic equalisation and noise gating, while digital circuitry takes care of the delay, modulation and reverb effects.
