Description

Garage, shop, storage shed. Comes with gutters, door, garage door, roof trusses and all steel exterior walls and roofing. It is a wood frame structure with wooden engineered roof trusses. It has metal exterior walls and a metal roof. 24’ x 32’ 10ft inside ceiling height. The inside has drywall on it now but will be removed before the buyer picks it up. Still erect would need to be broken down and transported by buyer. The exterior steel siding and roofing can be removed easily with a drill. The roof trusses only have a few nails at each end. ** The shop currently has a propane (can be converted to natural gas) heat furnace in the attic with custom duct work. We are planning to move this to the new shop. If you want a ready to go heat system for the shop, it would be an additional $2k. Comes with registers, filtered return grill, thermostat etc. The propane tanks and exterior gas regulators are not included.
