Almost brand new couch purchased in November when I moved into my new house. Since moving I acquired a larger sectional couch. My intent was to put this couch in my den but with a house from the 50s, the door way was too small to get the couch in. My loss is your gain! Purchased just under 2 months ago for 350, selling for 250. No wear and tear, comes with removable feet. Stain free, pet odor free, smoke free. Decorative pillows are included, the dog is not :) (she was not allowed on this couch). Pillow cases and seat cushions covers are removable for washing. Back cushions are sewn to the couch.
