Description
Basics. Can take a line level (headphone jack on your phone) and allow you to play audio over medium to small speakers. M'kay? Simple industrial audio amplifier perfect to repurpose for home use. Plug phone or other music source cable into input 2. Attach speakers. Play music. Or that guy that did the monolog for Thriller. Vincent Price. Yeah. Him. Amp has volume control and balance knobs on front. I'll walk you through setup by phone... Cause yeah. Covid sucks. 50 watts per channel into 8 ohm bookshelf or larger speakers. Units have been cleaned and tested on my test bench for over a hundred hours. TLDR audio stuff: that includes cats. Usually sold for office or home audio systems. Designed to be operated continuously for *years* at a time. Modern high reserve capacity toroidal transformer. Input "A" is designed to turn on automatically in the presence of a signal (like a bluetooth receiver). Input "B" is a perfectly normal RCA plug that you plug your phones adapter cable into. Use input B unless you want to get all complicated and read manuals and stuff. Two amps can be "Bridged" for 150 watts of power per channel. Enough sound level to kill your cat. And your neighbors cat too. And get you thrown out of your camp at Burningman. (But nobody brings good gear. Their (primary) partner, or their cat to Burningman... So this isn't a problem). Right? Not to my camp you don't! But to play music through a pair of bookshelf speakers. With a single wire. At great volume and sound quality. Don't knock it. Not for this price. Freaking simple too. Even a cat could operate it. Cause mine wants to be fed so she keeps bumping the volume knob. So could a child. So be prepared for live readings of Dr. Seuss books at 6:00 AM when you are trying to have cuddle time... But your passive aggressive 3 year old wants pancakes. These came out of a very legit looking physical therapy place in Scottsdale. Except the guys leaving all had that "I ain't making eye contact" thing walking out the door. And the Bluetooth speakers were *Really* loud inside the rooms. Thankfully the gear was in its own little closet. No cats.
