Original owner and in very good condition, Onan generator serviced yearly and carburetor was replaced two years ago and only has 469hrs, awning was replaced two years ago and has protective metal cover when rolled up, has dual batteries that are a few months old, upgraded 16" wheels to allow 12 ply tires which are always covered and date codes are December 2017, fueling station, oversized Propane tanks, cd/am/fm radio with indoor and outdoor speakers, front bedroom, dual electric rear bunks and two couches that fold into beds (sleeps 8), excellent heater and A/C, half ton towable, dry weight 6,154lbs. This will not fit a four seater, 117" from ramp to cabinets. I don't need help selling.
