Great hunting/camping pop up trailer. Extras made to reinforce and go off road. Flipped suspension and larger size tires for extra clearance, sway bar for towing, roof rack (skybox not included), modified to a swing tongue jack folds completely up so no dragging and most of the lights changed to LED. The Coleman Elite had great upgrades to begin with. Hotwater heater, gas/electric mini fridge, two propane tanks, large storage bed, shower/toilet, outside shower, gas heater (no ac), inside stove, outside stove, and awning on BOTH sides of camper. Just put on a set of brand new tires to take it up this weekend to Tortilla Flat. Tested everything again to make sure. All functioning. This is used but well taken care of. Basic List of blemishes: canvas has all been replaced but has water stains. See picture. Some corners cracked but were reinforced. See picture. Mini fridge has has hard time lighting by pilot have to use lighter. Put water pressure up with hose noticed it has small drip under frame. Battery and roof skybox not included. Roof rack stays. Based on questions coming in. Damage shown in the picture is not the roof it is the storage bin up front. That damage has been reinforced and is fully functional. Just cracks and glue visable. In addition to the upgrades and brand new tires the tension cable was replaced last year. It has 6 opens on the new cable. Thats important to know when buying a pop up. I had the camper up the last two days during the rain. No leaks. Sorry my mistake. I pulled out the title to get it ready and noticed the trailer is a 2003. I listed it as a 2001.
