Free! Sectional recliner! Must be gone by EOD Monday! This couch is in fair condition. Most of it is good however it does have a few things wrong, this is why it’s free. -2 material torn areas (see picture) these areas are not on the sitting part. -The corner of the sectional, one side springs have given and the one part of the back bottom cushioning has also given, seat still works but it sags a bit. (I have put a wooden piece under it and it fixed it fine) -both ends of the couch the arm rest interior support I think broke it’s still cushion but if you heavily put your elbow in it, it will sag. Working stuff: -Storage compartment works. -both recliners (end parts) work fully -All seats except corner one are full cushioned, spring working and not broke. Was in a house with pets so prob could use a good shampooing if you wanted. MUST BE ABLE TO PICKUP YOURSELF AND LOAD YOURSELF. Must be taken down from top floor, however there is an elevator and it can fit in there. Couch comes apart in two pieces
