Very large chicken coop with attached run. I had it set up as a "Smart Coop" that was totally automatic and controlled from my phone. It has a automatic chicken door that opens to the enclosed run area, lights inside and outside, an exhaust fan, wall heater, extra outlets inside and outside, cameras and more. I can include all the devices for an additional $100 and show you how to set up it up as a "Smart Coop". You must have power and wifi available at the coop location in order to use most of the "smart" features however the automatic door will work with only power supply. The coop is insulated, all interior walls and ceiling are covered in FRP (fiber reinforced panel) which is used in bathrooms and showers because it's exterior easy to clean, has 3 nesting boxes with lift up lid for access, 3 doors and the entire front panel lifts off for easy access and cleaning. The coop part was built off site and moved into location then the run part was added. I think the entire thing could be loaded onto a flat bed trailer and moved. I have a flat bed and could assist if needed. Main coop is 56" wide x 48" tall Total with run is 115" wide x 86" tall (at front) Interior is about 30 sqft and the run is about 40 sqft.
