Telescope in as in condition. Main mirror condition looks good. Comes with lenses. I am not sure about model number but it looks like Meade DS2114ATS Please note that I have used only manual way to focus and it was not exactly easy. I have not tried the electronics. You will have to buy and test it. I am selling it in as-is-condition, hence price is low. I have added two lense photos that will come with telescope. Take it as it is if interested. Cash only
