Interior- New redone interior with new foam and upholstery for couches (which fold out to larger than a cal king), and above cab queen bed. Drive Cab recarpeted, walls and cabinets painted, new vinyl floors, looks bueatiful and will update pics. Flat screen T. V. W/ media player, working oven, microwave, water heater (new control board), furnace (new control board and ignitor), and A/C. Exterior - original paint still shinny but has cosmetic scratches and wear suitable for age, roof is aluminum and needs very little maintenence. Mechanical - 78k miles engine and transmission running great, sits for months and fires right up, no battery drain. Maintained properly. Bilstein shocks, upgraded beefier sway bars front/back. Air shock inserts up front, vented slotted disc up front, new pads and rotors, aftermarket trans cooler for towing (tow cj7 jeep) no problem. All 6 tires new this year Electrical - two new coach 6v golf cart batteries this year still warranted , solar array with charger, new wizard converter, newer inverter. We dry camp with this all the time and get 3-4 days/nights off batteries watching TV and using furnace no problem. Running lights updated to L.E.D. Onan generator maintained and running great Water tank, Grey tank, sewage tank and propane tank all original and working great. Water pump working, toilet and faucets working Probably more that I can't think of now, just took it out and will update interior photos once interior is cleaned and clothes removed Definitely don't need help selling and am not in a hurry so don't waste time low balling or soliciting. Selling cause family getting bigger and upgraded to class a. This thing has been loved and well taken care of, it's older but updated to today's standards and still get plenty of compliments when we take it out, sad to see it go but can't have two, no room.
