Does not include hard drive or CD Drive. Only for parts, all of these parts work perfectly up-to-date but I have taken the CD drive and for data security reasons the hard drive as well. This desktop also had a power supply connected to it which did not come with it. I have just taken that one off and put back the actual power supply that it has come with so the cables from the power supply to the parts are not connected.
