Nobody has lived in this trailer for 3 years it has been setting in the same spot untouched. No broken or cracked windows! Everything inside the trailer works except for the oven above the stove is missing the door and a couple of the hinges need worked on (all of the cabinet doors are there) This trailer could use a little paint refresh here and there and needs some minor fixing up. The entire frame is solid and has a long life left. This trailer is ready to be hooked up and lived in with just a small amount of cosmetic work needed for looks. Comes with some white paint and a paintbrush I just haven't had time to touch this thing since I bought it. Trailer has AC, heat, water holding tank, plumbing system all there haven't used it so might need a little work. Comes with a very new and efficient fridge, the spare tire and all the hookups needed, also comes with stabilizing jacks and an awning that has a couple tears in it but could be stitched together (not mounted on the trailer but comes with). Tires are in extremely good condition. all of the lights work. Has a locking door knob. Ready to be towed away, bill of sale only. I really wanted to fix this trailer up but I am moving so someone is going to get a very nice cheap trailer. Don't wait because trailers are hard to come by now. Even spend a couple hours on this thing and make a huge profit if you want.. Tow away from Byron unless you are close I might deliver if you make a deposit.
