Bought it on Amazon, used it 1 time, loved it, but the issue was with the cord length, I got a pretty large area to clean and I found out that a few outlets within the reach are not working and using extension cord is too annoying for me😅 So I want to sell it. the performance is just great. It is packed and the mop that i used once was washed . So it is in its original state in the box. It's not meant to collect crumbs and small debris, you'll want to vacuum the area thoroughly first, but it does a perfect job cleaning even stuck on stuff on the floor, and I love the fact that it's just simple water doing such a great job cleaning and disinfecting the floor. I paid $84 with tax. Will sell for $60 and can deliver in federal way or auburn for free.
