I bought this 25ft 1996 7000 GVWR Jayco 247 Eagle SL over the summer. Was going to remodel it (hence why the bedroom carpet is removed as well as part of the wheel well paneling) and travel in it. I ended up finding a bus (was originally set on doing a bus conversion) so now I'm putting the RV up for sale. Pro's - *In Great Condition *Everything works - Microwave, Stove, Fridge, Heater, AC, Toilet and Pump *Doesn't have a generator - works off of propane or electric hookup *Holds 2 - 30lbs propane tanks *5th wheel hitch, hitch pins and tarp comes with it - I however do not have 5th wheel brackets Cons - *Needs new tires *Seals need to be resealed (brought EternaBond, Sikaflex 1a Polyurethane Sealant and Caulk Gun but never got around to do the resealing... items are included) *3 soft spots - above front door, in and in front of the bathroom and shower wall (prior owner couldn't find the leaks but IMO the water probably got in due to the seals needing to be resealed) *Smalls miscellaneous repairs needed - new door slider, antenna handle, light cover (outside top right light), small crack on bedroom vent lid ****Cash Only ****Keys, Registration (No Title due to CT not issuing them for vehicles over 20 yrs or older) and Bill Of Sale ready to go ****Call or Text {contact info removed}
