**If ad is up it's still available. Price is firm.** Computer and power cord. $125 (you can use my peripherals to test it if you want) Freshly reset to factory settings. When you boot up you will see the question about region to begin the install of Windows 10. All data has been wiped with the highest security settings. Just to confirm I went ahead and re-installed the Windows 10 with a completely separate test account to confirm it's all fine and then wiped it again. The pics you see are after that second wipe.
