Here is a three tier beige metal and chrome cart with electric and chrome handle. The electric is very handy for plugging in electronics, food warming or cooking items, or for blenders if using as a bar cart. The chrome is in very good condition however the metal has wear & rust on it. (paint loss and some pitting This wear can be covered up with your items or a cloth or it can easily be spray painted. I myself like the old wear on it. That's where the character comes from Measurements: 31 1/2" tall floor to top of  handles; tiers are at 6", 19" and 28" from floor; 16 1/2" wide (front to back) at arms/handles; 27 1/2" long (side to side at arms/handles; trays are 23 x 16; has 3" clear wheels, electric on it works as I tested it.
