Description

Leather sofa from my old townhouse in Atascocita. Got married and my sister put it in a storage unit. Full disclosure, even though I covered it with a sofa cover (throwing that in)... she let it get dirty. We cleaned the cushions, but the base could use a good wiping. It's super soft and in good condition. One tear on the right sofa arm (pic included). Offered it to my recently married daughter for their new apartment... she didn't want it... after I brought it up from Wharton here to our garage in NW Houston. Basically, it's taking up space.
